Lack of Sleep
Once again, I was up early (6AM) to finalize my YFF roster. But for once forgoing sleep has paid off, as the Chelsea starting line-up was announced just prior to the roster lock down. This was music to my ears, as I had 3 or 4 decisions/potential moves riding on getting that little nugget of information in time. It confirmed Robben as a starter (with Joe Cole!) and Hilario in place of Cudicini, and most importantly, Jose left Sheva & Ca$hley Cole out, with an eye on Barca mid-week. As a result, I was luckily able to make a few last-second tweaks (phew!). It actually got the heart racing a bit because I was worried that I would get caught mid-click and be frozen out by Yahoo, resulting in an incomplete XI and thus not get any points this week. It it all worked out this time. However, I am really looking forward to that nap later today...
[Edit: My Sheva replacement, Benni McCarthy, scored 7.5 points, which is better than zero I suppose...]
