Week 2 - DK's Tips

OK, back to a regular single game week. Check previous posts for some thoughts on match-ups, as several top teams face winnable road games. Here are a few players I fancy to do well:

Strikers:
Saha - in amazing form, featured striker in Rooney's absence
Shevchenko - got his first EPL goal, look for more
Camara
Berbatov
Yakubu - against his former team, looked good so far
Van Persie

MF:
Ronaldo - registered 13 shot attempts in first 2 matches !
Gerrard - home match-up, yes please!
Lampard
Giggs
Bullard - on fire so far, taking all Fulham set pieces
Downing - rejuvenated by England call up
Fabregas
Duff
McCulloch - solid preseason carried over into week 1
Sidwell

Defenders:
Terry
Queudrue
Scharner - MF listed in defence
M. Taylor - see week 1
Eboue - loves to get forward, playing a poor ManCity
Ekotto
Aurelio - attacking left back
Ferdinand
Shorey

GK:
Van Der Sar - safest bet for a CS
Cudicini - Chelski should bounce back strong
Reina
Niemi - value pick, usually good for many saves
